疑收賄包庇圍標　中油4員工遭搜索約談

【賴又嘉／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦殷捷等5家廠商涉嫌行賄中油員工並借牌圍標中油標案，今指揮調查局北機、南機站發動第2波搜索，兵分8路搜索中油石化事業部大林廠4名涉嫌收賄的中油工程師辦公處所及住處，並將4人及另名周姓白手套約談到案。

檢調接獲檢舉，指殷捷等5家公司借牌圍標台電、中油等國營事業標案，涉嫌違反《政府採購法》，日前發動搜索、約談，意外在殷捷公司帳冊中，發現行賄中油員工事證，且遭收押的呂姓、賴姓白手套也分別咬出4名中油工程師涉收賄數百萬元，因此決定今再發動搜索、約談。
