台哥大克服續約

請問一下我最近都會接到台哥大克服的電話
他說我的門號快過期了問我要不要轉門號到他們台哥大
說買手機有優惠而且月租+吃到飽也會比較便宜
續約的話是綁兩年 30個月都是月租費半價+吃到飽的優惠

還說有問題都可以直撥188 他也有給我服務專員的編號
我問他說那如果到時候拿手機要先付款嗎
他說先寄送合約書之後可以了就寄送手機貨到付款

這樣子是真的還是假的啊 ? 有些人都說最好不要在克服續約
他已經打給我三四次有了我也半信半疑的可以有人為我解答一下嗎
