有關公司教育訓練的部分，因為費用是公司出的 但是申請費用上課前要簽下一份"認證考試承諾書" 簡單說就是你花多少錢就依照比例要強制延長在公 司服務的時間，請問在勞資法內是合理要求嗎？找 不太到有相關規定，若公司需要這方面的認證，自 費取得認證不簽這鬼東西會比較好嗎，對簽約綁定 這種事感到很噁心就是 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.11.241
