想請問W7電腦 如何設定永不撥號連線

我想要讓電腦開啟遊戲或是網路時偵測不到網路就會跑出內建的網路連線

以爬文 但是找不到方法
開啟IE 選工具-網際網路選項-連線在如果你設定連線時必須設定Proxy伺服器那邊
我的是空的 沒有選項可以讓我選
