保羅沃克猝逝半年　愛女撫養權終定案

美國男星保羅沃克（Paul Walker）去年11月車禍英年早逝，身後留下15歲的獨生女梅朵，高達2500萬美元（約7.5億元台幣）的遺產全數留給愛女，並指定他母親雪莉兒擔任梅朵的監護人。

梅朵原本和生母蕾貝卡同住，由於蕾貝卡有酗酒問題，沃克的母親年初打官司爭奪孫女撫養權，她後來聽從孫女的意見，同意只要蕾貝卡願意勒戒，她不會再爭梅朵的監護權，洛杉磯高等法院上月底舉辦聽證會，昨宣布判決駁回此案，梅朵可以和母親同住，但得聘請保母協助。

梅朵的律師表示，沃克生前好友將協助蕾貝卡照顧梅朵，蕾貝卡也已接受治療戒除酒癮。他們使用沃克的遺產買了一棟房子，讓蕾貝卡和梅朵母女居住。沃克母親雪莉兒的律師昨天回應：「我的客戶接受這項安排，因為也沒有更好的方案。」（林慧娟／綜合報導）
