餐廳名稱：板橋老稻埕蒸肉圓消費時間：2014年/05月地址：新北市板橋區國光路210號電話：02-2960-6565 營業時間：11:00~20:30 每人平均價位：80 可否刷卡：否有無包廂：無推薦菜色：古早味蒸肉圓前幾天經過板橋國光路，發現一家新開的小吃店(店名:老稻埕)，專賣用蒸的肉圓，因為平時經常吃的到油炸的肉圓，必較少看到用蒸的肉圓，而且老闆還強調是用米去磨漿加上豬的腿肉還是嘴邊肉，跟大家印象中用太白粉加上絞肉那種不太一樣! 所以我就點了一份肉圓加上丸子湯~ 哇~它的皮有點Q，搭配店家自己調製的醬料與辣醬，真的很美味又有飽足感! 內餡的肉真的很香又Q，完全不會覺得粉粉的，感覺用料很扎實! 我以前去屏東高雄吃過道地的用蒸的肉圓，感覺很相似!真的值得推薦! 大家如果有經過板橋，建議繞過去吃看看... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.12.123.128 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1401263174.A.9D5.html
