針對542旅上士范佐憲是否經營地下簽賭網站，陸軍政戰主任曾有福今(19)日上午接受媒體訪問時，做出否認。
綜合各媒體報導，542旅上士范佐憲月入4萬竟開賓士、玩重機，台中一名簽賭公司幹部爆料，范佐憲為運動簽賭網站的大組頭，此外，更有民意代表爆料，范似乎還經營地下錢莊及色情護膚店。
曾有福上午接受訪問，除否認范佐憲經營地下簽賭網站外，針對民進黨籍立委陳亭妃日前爆料269旅政戰主任陳毅銘在洪仲丘虐死案爆發後銷毀錄影帶一事，曾有福說，已詢問過陳毅銘，得到的答案是「沒有」，嚴正否認這項「不實的指控」。
