涉虐死洪仲丘　陳以人20萬交保

【黎百代/桃園報導】542旅士官長陳以人昨（23日）由證人被轉被告，24日凌晨1時許陳以人律師劉衡慶步出軍檢署表示陳以人以20萬元交保，律師表示陳所涉刑責為刑法「職權妨害自由」及陸海空軍刑法45條「對部屬施以法定種類以外之懲罰」二項。
