《財報》阿爾卡特朗訊獲利驚豔，高通跨界結盟

阿爾卡特-朗訊(Alcatel-Lucent SA)雙喜臨門，30日公佈第二季財報不僅優於預期，還宣布與高通異業結盟。受此消息利多帶動，該公司股價上衝16個月新高。

分析師原預估阿爾卡特-朗訊4-6月不僅營收將萎縮，且還會出現虧損，但數據顯示，該公司營收年增1.9%至36.1億歐元、毛利率達31.9%，並繳出營業淨利4,600萬歐元的成績，令市場驚豔不已。

執行長Michel Combes今年4月1日上台，第二季不過是自他執掌兵符以來第一個完整的季度，Combes表示執行扭轉計畫已有不錯成效，與高通結盟更象徵公司實現與科技夥伴共同打拚的承諾。

據路透社報導，高通將入股阿爾卡特-朗訊5%，或等同提供1億歐元的研發基金，未來Combes擬依循相同模式，以入股5%左右尋求3-5個合作夥伴。

阿爾卡特-朗訊股價於歐股收盤時飆漲14.41%，收1.826歐元，創自2012年3月以來新高。
