Lamigo桃猿王溢正返台第2場先發，再度面對兄弟象，他主投8局0失分，繳出優質先發，但因郭永維發生守備失誤，加上後援的德本沒能守成，讓王溢正與返台首勝擦肩而過。
「今天的狀況還可以，自己也設定課題，就是要先搶到好球數。」王溢正表示。
前5個半局，王溢正被敲出3支安打，沒有保送，另外還投出4張老K，「其實5局過後，汗流得有點太多，所以背有點緊，不過，自己下場後有稍稍鬆一下，也跟教練說試著投看看，所以撐到第8局。」
回想上一次拿勝投，王溢正想了想，「好像是幾個月前，在日本二軍的時候吧，雖然有點傷心，但沒關係，球隊有贏球就好。」
王溢正上一戰先發也是面對兄弟象，他主投6.1局用了125球，被敲出7支安打，4保送、7三振，失3分都是自責分，吞下敗投。 (接下一頁)
