訪妹不成摔話筒　警衛、訪客爆衝突均起訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中市梧棲區一棟綜合大樓王姓警衛(59歲)，去年11月1日上午，帶著陳姓女訪客(48歲)上樓按陳女妹妹家門鈴，但無人應門，陳女遂要求王男打內線找妹妹，仍無人接聽，陳女氣得將話筒丟在桌上致話筒受損。
 
王男發現話筒壞了，憤而追出去，2人發生口角、肢體衝突，王男推陳女，致陳女跌倒、四腳朝天，並嚇陳女「不賠錢不讓你走，不然掐死你。」經管委會主委出面緩頰，陳女仍報警處理。台中地檢署依傷害、強制罪、毀損等罪，雙雙起訴王男、陳女。
