今年過年期間造成民眾搶購面額2000元的「$2600萬大紅包」刮刮樂，頭獎得主至今還未現身，據了解，目前僅有少數經銷商手上還有不到10本該款的刮刮樂，也讓這張彩券「奇貨可居」，即使有錢也買不到。台灣彩券公司總經理黃志宜透露，該公司中部業務代表買了5張，剩下1張未刮，就有彩券行喊價10萬元要收購，但所謂「一張在手，希望無窮」，該名業務堅持不賣，要堅持到最後再揭曉答案。
黃志宜表示，根據銷售辦法規定，刮刮樂銷售期為6個月，兌領期限則是在6個月期滿、下市後3個月內，而2600萬大紅包刮刮樂在今年2月4日上市，最後兌領期限今年11月5日，黃志宜說，頭獎得主得在11月5日銀行營業時間截止前，即下午5時出面領獎，否則獎金將全數歸入彩券盈餘。
至於為何2600萬元頭獎得主遲未現身，黃志宜認為，除了還未被刮出外，也有可能有民眾在刮獎時，誤以為沒中，就把中獎彩券丟掉。他說，之前就有高雄彩券經銷商表示，有一名歐巴桑常客刮完刮刮樂誤以為沒中，丟棄後就走人，好心老闆撿起來再幫她檢查一下，結果發現那位歐巴桑中了10萬元，趕快通知她。
除了可能與2600萬元頭獎擦身而過，黃志宜表示，目前全台預估僅少數經銷商手上還有未刮開的這款刮刮樂，但數量可能不到10本、約150張，不過，現在要買可能也買不到，在頭獎未開出下，經銷商也惜售，甚至像台灣彩券中部的業務代表，自己買了5張此款刮刮樂，刮了4張僅中小額獎，剩下1張，他決定留到最後再揭曉答案，但就有經銷商喊價10萬元要跟他買，他則堅持不賣，給自己一個希望。
