涉宏達電內賊　副總經理2人移北檢複訊

【胡守得／台北報導】宏達電副總經理簡志霖，涉嫌夥同同部門主管以不實發票，向宏達電詐取千萬，且涉盜拷宏達電下半年新機型的「圖形介面」出外，今晨3時44分由調查局北機站初訊後，移送台北地檢署複訊；簡男對於記者追問是否詐財，回說「沒有」、是否盜拷介面，也連說「沒有、沒有」。
 
與簡嫌等人在同部門的黃姓資深經理，原本不在傳喚、搜索行列，北機站昨晚漏夜訊問簡志霖、吳建宏、黃弘毅及張俊宜後，發現詐財千萬部分，尚有黃姓資深經理涉嫌其間，連夜將他約談到案，與簡男一併移送北檢複訊中。
