面對不同民間團體都在29日發起街頭抗爭，國民黨全代會擬延後改地點舉行。台灣農村陣線表示，不論國民黨全代會是否改期或改開會地點，農陣一定會到場聲援由全國關廠工人連線發起的929包圍馬英九抗議活動。

台灣農村陣線發言人蔡培慧表示，若總統認為躲在陽明山就能夠避開人民的抗爭，也太低估人民的憤怒與智慧。
