台南缺水　水情燈號轉綠燈

【洪敏隆／台北報導】水利署今天表示，由於秋季降雨不如往年，且未來冬季降雨可能亦不樂觀，決定台南地區今天起從供水正常的藍燈調整為水情稍緊的綠燈。

水利署表示，水情較差的石門水庫供水區，今天早上7時水位降至239.68公尺、有效蓄水量1億6429.7萬噸，較過去5年同期少3096萬噸水量；台南地區南化水庫10月至11月累積降雨量也僅為歷年同期18%；另外，高雄地區高屏溪流量僅為歷年同期45%，亦需加強關注水情。

水利署表示，若缺水持續吃緊，水情燈號將轉黃燈，代表實施第1階段限水措施；橙燈代表實施第2階段限水措施；紅燈代表實施第3或4階段限水措施。
