序號只能輸入一次的意思是：每個序號用過就不能再使用了

而在基地發文、回文中的PC版的獎勵序號，每一種類的獎勵僅能領取一次

舉例來說：你有10組PC版桃桃魚的序號，一個序號只能給一個人(一個帳號)領一隻桃桃魚
而同一個人(同一個帳號)只能領10組序號中的其中一隻桃桃魚，不能再領第二隻桃桃魚
