已知德國DB，除了 ICE Sprinter 需強制訂位，
另外，跨國火車通常容易客滿，也最好先訂位。

如果我們要從法蘭克福搭 ICE 到瑞士Basel，這段路屬於ICE Sprinter嗎？
容易客滿嗎？需不需要先訂位呢？
