39歲的蔡燦得是童星出身，笑說自己出道已經30年，幾乎可說是從小到大都得維持良好外型和體態，她把保養和維持身材融入生活中，現在看起來還是一張娃娃臉。

近日，蔡燦得童星時期拍的廣告在臉書流傳，這部在1983年播出的「滴兒嬰幼兒沐浴乳」廣告影片，由「古典美人」李璇與蔡燦得共同演出，只見當時年僅7歲的蔡燦得在浴缸玩水，充滿童真，最後還露出「香肩」介紹產品，十分可愛。（唐慧穎／綜合報導）
