鞋丟劉政鴻 陳為廷有罪罰一萬元

太陽花學運領袖陳為廷，之前因不滿苗栗縣府強拆大埔的張藥房，在去年苗栗縣長劉政鴻，前往張家弔唁時，陳為廷丟鞋，砸中劉政鴻的頭，苗栗地方法院今天上午十時對此案宣判，全案七被告僅陳為廷有罪，判罰金1萬元，其他人無罪。

苗栗青年聯盟昨在臉書發聲明，邀請網友在苗栗地院門口聆判，陳為廷、林飛帆都沒到場聆判。

太陽花學運領袖陳為廷、林飛帆等七人，因不滿苗栗縣府強拆大埔案，被檢方依妨害公務、傷害、公然侮辱及違反集會遊行法等罪嫌起訴。
