陸股今天跳空開高，證券、銀行、有色等權值股紛紛帶動大盤強勢走揚，上證午盤收2,170.69點，上漲44.07點，漲幅2.07%，盤中創年內新高，成交量放大為人民幣1,114.02億元。

受惠於宏源證券與申銀萬國聯姻，創大陸證券業史上最大併購案消息刺激，券商股大漲逾6%。

順勢帶動有色金屬、煤炭等持續走強，盛達礦業、安源煤業等多檔個股封死漲停，保險、稀土永磁概念亦同步走高。
