阿提哈德送的轉機96小時簽證，因為他們系統有問題導致我明天要飛了，簽證還發不下來，這一個多禮拜每天催給我的回覆都是ASAP,收到後會馬上發給我，今天對方說如果今晚還沒消息，他明早會繼續追蹤！我飯店錢都付了，不會要我在機場睡三天吧！！請問如果發不下來明天我要找誰解決？怎麼處理？我現在在德國，第一次到歐洲就遇到這種事，麻煩大家給我意見，謝謝！
