制度改來改去　國中師掀退休潮

教育部統計，近3年來，高中以下公立學校每年都有近5000人退休，國中老師的退休意願明顯偏強。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，全國教師工會總聯合會政策部主任羅德水表示，12年國教上路後，中央地方大戰，家長意見分歧，國中老師壓力大，易萌生退意。98年到102年，高中以下公立學校退休人數從3000多人增到最多5300多人，去年退休潮稍緩，但去年國中老師退休人數1330人，相對國小及高中減少逾百人，退休意願明顯偏強。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
