回應巢運 內政部重申住宅五原則

為回應巢運夜宿仁愛路，內政部今日上午發布新聞稿，重申目前實施的住宅政策五原則，是經過跨部會意見整合，已經具體落實與未來即將實踐的方向。

內政部營建署表示，五原則包括「尊重居住人權，落實居住正義」、「認同稅制改革，健全房屋市場」、「利用公有土地，增建社會住宅」、「運用多元協助，使住者適其屋」、「發展租屋市場，研議租賃專法」努力，並對社會住宅計畫持續作滾動式檢討。
