諾貝爾委員會10日宣布，2014年諾貝爾和平獎得主為17歲的巴基斯坦人權鬥士馬拉拉．約塞夫扎（Malala Yousafzai），以及印度民權人士薩亞提（Kailash Satyarthi）。

馬拉拉投身爭取女性受教權運動，2012年遭激進組織神學士開槍擊中頭頸，一度命危。
