軍火商人汪傳浦因涉及拉法葉艦佣金案，不滿瑞士聯邦司法部協助我國查扣凍結其銀行帳戶資金，打官司要求解除凍結資金，被瑞士聯邦法院駁回，判決效力於今年8月18日確定。瑞士聯邦法院的判決理由指出，瑞士與台灣的司法互助是合法；考量本案涉案人（汪傳浦）未到案、案情複雜，同意繼續凍結該帳戶。

我國特偵組偵辦拉法葉艦佣金等案，透過司法互助向瑞士請求司法互助，凍結汪傳浦等人帳戶並提供我方相關司法協助，讓我國最高法院可以在今年4月判決，沒收拉法葉艦案不法所得3億4000萬美元。特偵組表示，已在全球各地查扣汪的不法資金近9億美元，將會繼續透過司法互助管道追回汪傳浦藏在海外的錢。
