人民幣198元。在湖濱南路與廈禾路中間的巷子裏，蠻安靜的(不過不好找)。
對面一整排吃的小店(不過這裏的人講話都不是很客氣，自已忍著點吧)。旁邊也有二十四小時的便利店(不是小七哦走到廈禾路五分鐘就有夏商百貨。距離火車站十分鐘路程，BRT也在旁邊(可以坐到終站第一碼頭(5毛人民幣)走到輪渡碼頭上鼓浪嶼。距離浯州長途客運站五分鐘。
