LG手機晶片明年試產 衝擊聯發科高通

南韓手機品牌廠LG（樂金）傳出自行研發手機晶片，並交由台積電代工。業界認為，包括LG 、華為均有擴大採用自家晶片的跡象，對於台積電是利多，但對於同為手機晶片廠的聯發科、高通，開案數相對受影響。

外電報導指出，LG已發表最新一代八核心行動處理器「NUCLUN」，並交由台積電以16奈米製程生產，預計於明年初試產，未來將使用於新一代專為南韓市場生產的手機「G3 Screen」，代表LG已放棄使用高通手機晶片，改用自家產品。

無獨有偶，華為旗下晶片廠海思也是台積電的首批16奈米客戶之一，台積電將為其量產16奈米FinFET（鰭式場效電晶體）製程及ARM架構網通處理器；市場也傳出，華為在進入第四代行動通訊（4G）時代後，智慧型手機採用海思的比率大增，高通和聯發科爭搶單空間變少。業界認為，台積電面臨三星、中芯國際等同業搶單，能夠獲得LG、甚至大陸晶片廠海思的訂單，尤具意義。
