外幣健康險金管會准了

金管會今（30）日宣布，開放外幣收付之非投資型健康險，開放範圍初期以結構、給付項目相對單純的豁免保險費或一次性給付的癌症疾病、重大疾病或特定疾病為限。

可辦理的幣別為美元、歐元、澳幣、人民幣。

壽險業者估算，以35歲男性、保險期間25年為例，因外幣利率較高，外幣健康險費率可比新台幣便宜一成；如果年齡更低，還可便宜更多。

金管會表示，外幣健康險對於有海外醫療需求之消費者，除可免除匯率風險，更可以更經濟之費率，獲得較高額及更完善的保險保障。
