扁獲保外就醫蔡英文：欣慰

民進黨主席蔡英文今天表示，前總統陳水扁獲得保外就醫，接受居家治療，「基於醫療人權及人道的立場，我們對此感到欣慰」。

法務部矯正署今天宣布，陳水扁保外就醫。陳水扁下午3時30分在兒子陳致中等人陪同下坐輪椅搭車離開台中監獄。

蔡英文在臉書（facebook）說，在各界的期盼和努力下，前總統陳水扁終於獲得保外就醫，接受居家治療，基於醫療人權及人道的立場，對此，感到欣慰。

希望陳水扁在返家後，能獲得妥善的醫療照護，安心靜養，讓病情能夠好轉。

她認為，政治人物的功過，應該交給歷史和人民論斷，「我們感謝各界對陳前總統醫療人權的持續關注，也期盼今天的結果讓社會趨於和諧平靜」。
