俄國通膨率恐創新高　官員呼籲政府採激進策略拯救經濟

《Reuters》報導，俄國財政部長呼籲減少預算，警告如果油價持續低於每桶 50 美元，俄國今年收入將少 450 億美元。

俄國財政部長向媒體表示，除了國防預算以外，其他預算應該減少 10%，藉此度過低油價帶來的經濟危機。

俄國盧布貶值受油價下迪影響持續貶值，部長指出俄國 2015 年全年開銷會因此增加至少 5%，低於先前預估 11.7%。

部長補充道，俄國公債今年很有可能被降到垃圾級，且通膨率可能在三四月間就高達 15-17%。目前俄國經濟已經惡化到極點，政府必須採取積極行動，才能讓俄國走出這次危機。

俄國斯聯邦儲蓄銀行總裁 German Gref 表示，政府必須採取激進的經濟策略，徹底改造現有投資環境。
