歐巴馬國情咨文　料主打經濟牌

美國總統歐巴馬將於當地時間20日晚9時（台灣時間21日上午10時），在國會發表國情咨文，主要議題一般分為內政和外交兩方面，在內政方面，有華盛頓官員透露，歐巴馬此次國情咨文的內容將大打經濟牌，向富人開刀，主張改革稅制、打擊避稅，未來10年增收富人及金融機構合計3200 億美元稅款，減收中低收入家庭的稅款。不過分析指出，歐巴馬富人稅方案恐面臨共和黨阻力，能否在共和黨控制的國會通過，是一大問題。共和黨認為，加稅會損害經濟，用富人稅款向其他人提供免稅額的做法如同買票。預料金融業界也會全力反對，遊說國會議員否決該方案。

在外交政策方面，有消息稱，此次國情咨文外交可能涉及較少，只會提到近期與古巴關係解凍、烏克蘭問題和針對中東恐怖組織的相關應對措施、以及伊核談判期限延長等。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
