情殺前女友張彥文遭延押

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北15日電）「台大宅王」張彥文性侵砍殺前女友而遭起訴，案件目前由台北地院審理。台北地院日前裁定將他延長羈押，他將在看守所內過年。

張彥文向前女友林姓女子要求復合不成，竟在去年9月當街砍殺林女47刀致死。檢方依殺人、妨害秘密、強制性交、侵入住宅、污辱屍體、恐嚇等罪起訴，求處極刑。

台北地院日前開庭時，在押的張彥文被提訊出庭，坦承殺死前女友，並向女方家屬致歉。由於他與家人原先承諾要賠償女方家屬新台幣1000萬元，其中800萬元由他支付，但他若被判死刑就無法賠償，這令女方家屬難以接受，和解破局。

張彥文的羈押期限即將屆滿，合議庭認定他涉犯重罪且有逃亡之虞，裁定從21日起延長羈押2個月。1040215
