wifi上網無法連結特定網址

我需要登入一webmail 家裡是用第四台的網路並連接WIFI使用
可是卻一直無法連上該webmail (唯此webmail無法連結,其餘網站都正常)
使用手機連接WIFI也是一樣的結果,
但是手機關閉WIFI以3g上網又可以正常登入webmail
請問要如何解決呢?
