重灌隨身碟 win to flash灌後是正版的嗎 xp的

如上
因為買中古電腦主機原先都只上網用
電腦操作什摩也不懂
不過因為去重灌或者買來後第所謂非正版而傷腦筋

想自己重灌
見到網路有因為沒光碟機設備
所以可以用隨身碟的win to flash
可以很簡單的輸入隨身碟後完成重灌xp或其他作業系統的作業

現在有印表機要使用美國HP的
所以請教

請不吝指示
如果有包括操作重灌方法的更好
