食品藥物管理署、宜蘭縣衛生局及台北市衛生局年，在本月1、2日執行冬粉業者稽查，發現位於北市的「虎牌食品有限公司」、宜縣的「虎牌正通實業股份有限公司」，共計有5項產品違反規定，其中虎牌粉皮（中寬粉），產品外包裝標示產地為越南，經查核實際產地疑似為中國；虎牌綠豆粉皮寬粉（300 g）、虎牌綠豆粉皮（400 g）、虎牌粉絲(三只冬粉125 g）、虎牌粉絲(五只冬粉210 g）等4項，則是有效期限標示不實。

食藥署指，上述違規產品已依《食安法》第41條及52條規定，於現場封存，並立即通知下游業者下架，且須回報北市衛生局下架回收銷毀情形。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
