大家好，最近因為有點猶豫，想上來問問看版友們意見。 性別：女 / 年次：73 / 本科系畢，一直都從事平面和網頁設計工作， 前兩間公司都是EC產業，公司有點規模也頗有知名度，在電子商務有3年以上經驗。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A B 公司 服飾網購業(有官網) 知名文創產業 員工數 目測約20多人 100人 地點 松山車站附近 內湖科學園區 職稱 資深網頁設計師 網頁設計師 工時 9:30~18:30 9:30~18:30 薪資 60K 還不確定，通過測試後等年後複試 但第一次面試我開45K主管說太高 說要有被人資砍薪的準備 福利 勞健保 勞健保 業績獎金 節日禮品，業績獎金，創意獎金 年終一個月 年終一個月 三節獎金 員工餐費補助($1500/月) 員工旅遊 公司產品優惠價 員購價優惠 每月教育訓練費用補助 交通 走路5分鐘 搭公車應該是30分鐘 優點 離家近，薪水優 可以免費上很多課Q_Q對未來前景較好 環境優美 缺點 雖然有點知名度， 薪資有可能在40k以下 但過去消費者對商品評價不佳， 多半為質料問題。 另外公司環境我不太喜歡， 有點陰暗凌亂感 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 以上，或認為我可以再多看看也ok， 感謝，祝大家新年快樂。:D -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.127.168
