64歲男子藍瑞峰懷疑與其交往的已婚范姓婦人另結新歡，101年5月4日約范婦至新北市三重正義北路一家旅社見面，兩人性交後發生爭執；藍持預藏水果刀刺進范婦腹部後，再吞安眠藥意圖自殺，但被救活，范婦則因失血過多死亡。最高法院依殺人罪判處藍有期徒刑13年確定。
