光華商場糾紛 男持刀威脅店員

（中央社記者劉建邦台北5日電）台北市市場處今天說，光華商場5月間發生民眾疑似因消費糾紛持刀威脅店員，案發後已要求商場物管單位加強保全巡邏。

市場處表示，光華數位新天地商場4樓5月18日下午2時許發生消費糾紛，一名消費者到4樓14號店家詢問錄音筆，因感到店員服務態度不佳，從隨身包內拿出類似蝴蝶刀揮舞，並出言訓斥店員後離開商場，無人受傷。

市場處說，調閱商場工作日誌，案發後發，1名商場保全在1樓前門執勤，1名在後門執勤，另1人逐樓層巡視全商場。

市場處表示，商場服務台在下午2時21分接獲4樓店家通報，隨即通知2名保全前往處理，同時通報轄區分局，2名保全4分鐘到達時，但持刀消費者已離開現場，交由警察接手處理。

市場處已要求商場物管單位加強保全巡邏，以即時因應類似突發狀況，提供消費者安心購物環境。1030605
