遊戲畫面定格

您好請問玩線上3D遊戲畫面偶而會出現定格情形，有時幾秒鐘後可以自行恢復正常畫面，遊戲內對話框裡面會出現英文字樣(Reconnect server (Main)
Reconnect server Area)
有時沒辦法恢復，需按ctrl+alt+del強制離開遊戲，那是什麼樣的問題產生的；
主機內灰塵清過，顯示卡跟記憶體金手指也用橡皮擦擦過，情況還是一樣。
網路測試過沒問題

CPU風扇聲音很大聲?? 不知道是不是這個原因??

之前第一次清主機裡灰塵時，在拔CPU風扇時，不小心連CPU一起硬拔起來，不知道是不是這個原因??

記憶體兩條總共 3.25GB
顯示卡 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
主機板 ASRock 770iCafe
電源供應器 500瓦
