反IS高峰會 歐蘭德：全球皆應正視

來自30多個國家的外交官員15日齊聚法國巴黎，準備召開反伊斯蘭國的全球高峰會，並釐清各自分擔的角色。法國總統歐蘭德在開幕式上發表談話，呼籲世界各國都應該對伊斯蘭國的威脅有所正視與回應。

歐蘭德說：「這個會議就只有一個目標：給予新的伊拉克當局支持，以對抗來自伊斯蘭國的主要威脅，他們對伊拉克、中東與全世界，都造成極大的風險。」

法國稍早已宣布，根據他們與伊拉克及阿拉伯聯合大公國的協議，法軍已經展開在伊拉克境內的偵查飛行。而英國的軍機也早在8月就開始了偵查行動。美國官員還透露，已有好幾個阿拉伯國家已動員起來，分擔空襲的任務。
