遠東新世紀盃路跑　4000人參賽

第六屆遠東新世紀盃全國路跑活動今上午在新埔廠區開跑，4000多位選手參賽，其中路跑界長青樹、高齡99歲的郭庭虎爺爺也參加9公里組賽事，賽後由董事長徐旭東特地頒發獎盃，感謝郭爺爺參賽。
 
郭爺爺是10年前開始參加比賽的，至今參加過國內大大小小路跑賽事。郭爺爺兒子說，其實上了年紀的老人家也需要運動和進食，他父親每餐食量都不小，且每天都會跑步3、4個小時。（林師民／新竹報導）
