Excel函數? if? match?

如果我有兩欄資料分別記錄了一個"類別"(固定幾種選擇) 及"數量"(自行輸入數值)
希望在另一個表格中匯整所有單一 "類別" 所得的 "數量" 做加總我應該怎麼做?
eg:

Sheet 1: 記錄了
A1: 蘋果 B1: 10個
A2: 香蕉 B2: 12個
A3: 蘋果 B3: 2個
A4: 葡萄 B4: 5個

Sheet 2 希望得出:
A1: 蘋果 B1: (希望得出 Sheet1 B1:B4 屬於 "蘋果" 的數量的加總 = 10+2+5 (B1+B3+B4))

請問函數要怎麼寫才對
