WIN7無法開機((啟動修復無法自動修復這部電腦

如題，今天電腦開機之後卻出現"啟動修復"的視窗，裡面有五個選項 "啟動修復" "系統還原" "系統映像修復" "WINDOWS記憶體診斷" "命令提示字元"

我選了第一個他卻無法修復

第二個是我沒有建立環原點

第三個我也無法使用

第四個有診斷了，但是卻毫無幫助

第五個.....上網爬文了也沒有辦法解決

請問各位高手有其他方法可以拯救我的電腦嗎

什麼放入光碟用光碟機開機我也試過，就是卡在無法修復
如果可以的話盡量別給我重灌的答案 謝謝

PS.我沒有建立還原點，我連安全模式也進不去
