泰國軍政府正式宣告解嚴

泰國軍政府4月1日透過電視廣播宣布解除戒嚴令，並以臨時憲法第44條取代戒嚴令，正式宣告施行10個月的戒嚴令「中止」。不過批評者認為，第44條讓政府更獨裁，未來泰國總理帕拉育只要以事關國家安全為由，就能行使不受限的權力。

2013年5月20日，泰國陸軍宣布全國戒嚴；22日，時任陸軍司令的帕拉育發動軍事政變奪權。
