標題[請問] 住宿券使用要加價

10月份生日和男友打算去泡湯渡假。上網向友人買了某飯店在旅展賣的住宿券。7天前打電話問飯店業者有沒有A種房間？業者尋問我是不是持卷入住（券上表明是A種套房）我表示～對！業者很無情說a種沒有囉～要加價住B種套房。但是我不相信！於是我請男友打打看，這次業者也問是不是持卷？我們這次說沒有卷，業者局然說有a種套房～。隔天我們再打去說要改持卷入住，業者局然說不可以，因為規定。但是明明都是A種房間，為什麼業者可以說法前後不一。請問大家，如果遇到這種狀況，我該怎麼辦？向消保投訴嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.78.145.48 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1413643254.A.FB0.html
