廖姓男子前年八月未經郭姓前妻同意，擅自取得郭的身分證、印章和護照，至台北市北投區中和街某家通信公司申辦門號，並偽造郭的名字簽立委託切結書，使通信公司人員誤信郭授權廖來代辦門號，後因郭女接到欠費帳單，察覺有異報警，士林地檢署今天依偽造文書將廖起訴。
