白內障手術前，這5項保健食品千萬別吃。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，國軍高雄總醫院教學研究部主任兼眼科主任洪啟庭分析1千1百名白內障手術患者，發現在手術過程或術後眼睛出血者，都有吃銀杏、深海魚油、納豆、紅麴或紅景天這5類保健食品，又以銀杏出血率高達4成5最危險。

洪啟庭指出，這些食品具抗凝血功能，術前3周應停吃，以免手術造成眼睛出血，嚴重恐失明。（胡治言／綜合報導）
