緊急!!!在租屋處的地下室出現大量的跳蚤

非常緊急!!!
在租屋處的地下室出現大量的跳蚤,
原先都以為是家裡的貓咪帶來的跳蚤,
可是幫他們洗完澡後還是有跳蚤的影子,
家裡每個禮拜都大掃除,
用吸塵器+漂白水拖地,
能自行處理的都處理過了!!!
昨晚出門吃飯下地下室取車,
發現褲管上有好幾隻跳蚤在活動,
一段車程腳上出現數十個包,
因為我們租的地方是公寓,
都有一些流浪貓,也沒管委會..
昨晚回來還把停車位附近打掃了一遍,
撒上市面上賣的防蚤粉,
今早出門還是有被叮咬的情形,

這樣的情況各位達人有什麼解決的辦法嗎?
