床墊獨立筒霧煞煞，不知相信哪個。

從小睡木板床長大，但是應該年紀大了又習慣側睡，這幾年一直睡不好，主要早上起床肩膀酸痛，有時也是腰痛，本以為睡覺姿勢關係，後來查了一下好像床墊枕頭都有關，想換個床墊試試，但看了幾間專門的床墊連鎖，價差有點大，而且一直逼下訂，有點怕怕的，想多做點功課再決定，黑心床墊新聞也讓人有點怕，畢竟要躺滿久的，而且不會馬上就有感覺，麻煩有達人推薦一下…謝謝您了。
