標題[討論] 抗拒職務調動 該怎麼面對?

非常不滿上面指示職務調動 在原單位做很久了沒出什麼錯 突然被指示輪調 真的很不滿 公司美其名說增加同仁的歷練與學習 可我就不想學新東西 不想適應新環境 不想重新經營人際關係 基層員工是人不是工具 也會有情緒 把我調離原單位 不就代表否定我之前的努力 更打破我原先好不容易經營起來的人際關係 我為什麼要教接替我的人?? 想問大家該如何跟上面表明抗拒調動 該怎麼做比較好? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.184.152.67 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425700082.A.B67.html
